Functional & Decorative Pottery

Esteban’s has been a fixture in Tlaquepaque Arts & Craft Village since 1974, when Steve and Nancy Scagnelli opened their doors as one of the very first shops in the village, with Steve handcrafting every piece himself. Over the decades the shop grew into a home for over 50 artists and craftspeople, most rooted in Arizona and the Southwest. In 2024, their daughter Stephanie took over, bringing fresh eyes and a deep commitment to honoring what her parents built while continuing to discover new artists and beautifully functional pieces made to be used, loved, and gifted.

Love this shop, every time we visit Sedona it is on our list to stop in….and leave with a couple of beautiful pieces!! Love supporting the local artist and the staff is always knowledgable about each piece (thank you Peg). Just be warned if you see something you like get it because it may not be there in a couple of hours when you return!

“Best shop is Sedona for pottery and much more! Great atmosphere with friendly staff. The best part are the prices.”

“Such a cute shop! I love going somewhere and finding items made locally. I wasn’t expecting to purchase anything, but the saleslady pointed out a new fragrance the store just started to carry. It’s a lovely, relaxing scent and it’s made locally with 100% pure, clean, and natural ingredients. Thank you, Barbara!!”

“I purchased a mug here a couple of months ago and it’s still my favourite mug to use each morning! The shop was so lovely and quaint and I cannot wait to return on my next trip to Sedona!”
